Police say it appears a Greece homeowner acted in self-defense when he shot an intruder.
It happened early yesterday morning on Brayton Road.
Police say 25-year-old Christopher McManus was shot in the leg and is charged with burglary, assault, and criminal mischief.
Police say the homeowner was awakened by noises and grabbed his legall-owned gun when McManus allegedly attacked him.
The case will be referred to the District Attorney's Office for further review.
