The state is now accepting new applicants for a tuition-free scholarship program for SUNY schools. Families that make under 125-thousand dollars annually can apply for the Excelsior Scholarship for the upcoming academic year. To be eligible, students must complete 30 credits per year, and be on track to graduate with an associate degree in two years or a bachelor's degree in four years.
