A British woman has filed a noise complaint against her upstairs neighbors, saying they chop tomatoes “too loudly” – and she can’t stand the racket anymore. The bizarre complaint doesn’t mark the first time the unidentified family has had issues with their neighbor, says the woman whose family lives above her. "Not long after I moved in, so this is 5 years ago now, the lady who lives downstairs caught me one day outside to tell me that we should walk around more quietly because it's disturbing her and called me specifically 'a heavy walker,'" the woman writes on social media. Although the family complied with the request, the complaints kept coming – until, most recently, the neighbor “came upstairs because my partner was chopping tomatoes too loud,” the woman says. There’s no word on whether the members of the family have cut tomatoes from their diets.
