UPS workers in Alabama surprised a colleague who walked 10 miles to and from work to make money to care for his sick mother by buying him a jeep. Derrick Taylor, 19, has been at UPS for over a year loading and unloading vans. He gets up in the middle of the night and walks five miles to begin his 4 am shift making $11.90 an hour. He has been working since he was 14 to help his sick mother. Co-workers bought him a Cherokee jeep for $1,100 from a local dealer and presented it to him in a tear-jerking video.
