Two teenagers have been arrested in a stabbing incident in Hamlin. Investigators say Devin Manning and Todd M. Ward, both 17, stabbed and seriously injured Edward Hecht during a fight on the side of the road. Investigators said the 39-year-old was flying a drone outside his house when he got into an argument with the teenagers. Hecht is in serious condition at Strong Memorial Hospital. The teenagers are both charged with first-degree assault, a felony, in connection with the Saturday night fight.
