Good Samaritans saved a Texas family from their overturned truck while raging floodwaters rushed into the vehicle. The dramatic rescue has gone viral. Their truck went into the water as a tornado bore down on Myrtle Springs, Texas, outside Dallas on Sunday. A baby and 2-year-old child were not breathing when they were pulled from the car. The man shooting the video of the incident, Tom Mitchell, put his cell phone in his pocket and began administering CPR. A woman was seen praying alongside him and seconds later she started breathing. The children are recovering at Children's Medical Center Dallas.
