Man Caught Unplugging Bounce House With Kids Inside

A man was caught on a security camera unplugging a bounce house at a kid's party. The people who were hosting the party didn't know him. About a dozen children were playing inside when it collapsed. Two were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
