A toddler froze to death on a porch in Ohio. Police say the mother called 911 after finding her 2-year-old daughter unresponsive. Investigators Wynter Parker wandered from home after her father fell asleep. The father works the night shift. Wynter's mother came home and called 911 screaming, "She's frozen." The girl later died at a hospital. Temperatures on Friday ranged between 12 and 19 degrees Fahrenheit. No charges have been filed, but the investigation is continuing.
