A Canandaigua man is accused of intending to sell cocaine and fentanyl. Investigators said Joshua Dunbar, 34, was caught with 20 bags of fentanyl and 12 bags of cocaine. Dunbar is charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in the Ontario County Jail without bail.
