A 23-year-old Greece man has been arrested on a charge of making a terroristic threat after he posted a rap video called "Randy Ross-School Shooter-Official Video."
Greece Police Chief Patrick Phelan says the video was spotted Monday on YouTube, and Ross was charged after consultation with the Monroe County District Attorney, and after he admitted to detectives that he posted the video.
The video shows views outside Greece Athena and Arcadia High Schools while Ross raps about shooting rival drug dealers. One of the lines was "full clip, let it rip."
Ross is being held on $50,000 bail. Chief Phelan says his department reacted quickly because all possible threats have to be taken seriously.
