A custodian at Dansville Central Schools has been arrested on child pornography charges. The Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested Kyle Webster, 21, after a teacher discovered what were described as "inappropriate searches" on her computer during the overnight hours. School officials contacted their school resource officer with the sheriff's office, who identified Webster as a suspect. There were no illegal images found on the school's computers, but the sheriff's office says it did find images of child pornography on Webster's cell phones. Webster is charged with felony charges of possessing a sexual performance of a child. Webster was also charged with petit larceny for stealing $150 from a fund-raising envelope on the teacher's desk. The Dansville School District says there is no reason to believe that any students were affected by the incident.
