New York Approves National Grid Rate Hike

National Grid has announced a rate hike. New York regulators approved an agreement that would raise prices over three years. Thursday the State Public Service Commission approved the company's rate hike. Your bill will go three dollars starting next month. National grid customers will see their average bill rise by about $16 by 2020. The rate plan includes a 55% reduction in bills for low-income households.
