Proposed Whole Foods Project in Brighton Moves Forward

The town of Brighton gave two major approvals to the Whole Foods project.  The developers made some concessions to the town in exchange for the approvals. The size of the development has been reduced by 6,300 square feet. The project, proposed by the Daniele Family Cos., is proposed to include a 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods grocery store, plus an additional 33,700 square feet of retail space in a Monroe Avenue plaza. The development proposal now heads to the Town Planning Board for a site plan.
