New York State Police arrested a man from Hopewell for allegedly raping a teenage girl. Troopers said Michael Socciarelli, 33, bought alcohol for an underage drinking party with four young people. Socciarelli is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl who was highly intoxicated at the party. Socciarelli is being held in the Ontario County Jail without bail.
