A Rochester man is accused of raping at least one child multiple times. Donald Stephens, 58, was indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on four felony sex abuse charges. Stephens is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, and first-degree attempted rape. If convicted of one count predatory sexual assault against a child, Stephens could spend the rest of his life in prison.
