An Ogden man is accused of spying on a woman at a Greece tanning salon. Kevin Montante, 33, was arrested for unlawful surveillance in the second degree. Police say Montante was using a mobile phone to surveil an unclothed woman using a tanning booth in Greece. Montante was arraigned at the Greece Justice Court and held in the Monroe County Jail.
