A Genesee County man is accused of being drunk behind the wheel of a car in the sheriff's office parking lot. Investigators say Douglas Spencer, 37, of Park Road in Batavia was sit in his vehicle in the entrance to their parking lot. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office is also on Park Road. Investigators said Spencer had an open container of alcohol in the car and was intoxicated.He was charged with DWI, DWI above .08 blood alcohol content, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and ticketed for having an open container.
