Police say there was another armed car jacking in Rochester. Officers say a car was reported stolen during a robbery with a gun. When police tried to pull the car over the driver drove off. Investigators say after crossing through several neighborhoods in the area of Lake Avenue, the driver and three other people jumped out of the car and ran. The four suspects were eventually caught. They are 13, 14, 15 and 19-years-old. Three of them were released with appearance tickets. The 14-year-old is being held on an unrelated warrant.
