A man is recovering from gunshot wounds, after being shot in a car on North Street around 10 p.m. Thursday night. A woman and three children were also in the car at the time of the shooting, but were not hit. When police arrived to the scene, they say they saw a vehicle pull out of the area. Police attempted to pull the car over on Davis Street when the driver got out and tried to run away. Police caught up to the man and arrested him. Rochester Police ask anyone with information to call 911.
