The wife of a man killed in a crash on Sunday in Ogden has been charged with murder. Jennie Ann Clark, 42, is charged with second-degree murder, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving, three counts of aggravated DWI, DWI, and several traffic infractions. Police say Jennie Ann Clark was driving after midnight Sunday when she crossed the road, striking and shearing a utility pole. Investigators say her husband, Matthew Clark, 43, died when a portion of the pole landed in the vehicle. Police say the couple’s three children were in the vehicle but weren’t hurt.Jennie Ann Clark suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized. She's now in the Monroe County Jail. The crash remains under investigation.
