A 4-year-old from New Jersey took his first steps this month thanks to a stranger's donation. Luis Tamarez, 4, has cerebral palsy. He used an Upsee Mobility device. It is a harness that attaches to another person and allows a child with motor impairment to stand upright and walk with assistance. His teacher started a fundraiser to rasie the $500 for the Upsee. A stranger donated the money.
