A Florida man could end up in prison for what he caught in the ocean. Thomas Breeding is a commercial fisherman. He found 45 pounds of cocaine floating in the Gulf of Mexico last January. He opted to sell it instead of turning it into police. The package was worth $500,000 to $620,000. He allegedly had four other people help him sell the drug. He is charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance for the scheme. He now faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $4.25 million fine.
