Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is being accused of violating the conditions of her probation. That is in addition to the two other alleged violations already filed. Yet, it doesn't appear Judge Astacio is ready to be held accountable. She posted a rant on her Facebook page playing the victim and denying any wrongdoing. Prosecutors say Astacio tried to circumvent the ignition interlock device on her vehicle. Prosecutors said there are photos, taken from a camera mounted on the device, that show another person starting Astacio's vehicle, driving the car for some period of time, then allowing Astacio to get behind the wheel without the car being shut off. Astacio was convicted of DWI in August. She needs help and friends who won't enable her.
