An 8-year-old boy was killed and another is fighting for his life after a crash in Chili.  Kael Nicolosi died Thursday morning after he was thrown from a car on Scottsville-Chili Road. His cousin Keith Nicolosi, 9, mother Tiffany Nicolosi, 35, and grandmother Valerie Lewis were also injured in the crash. Investigators said Nicolosi was wearing a seat belt, but slipped out and was ejected from the car.  Investigators said the driver of the Jeep that hit Nicolosi's car was David Monacelli, 36, of Brockport.  Investigators said he was distracted before the crash and ran a stop sign. Monacelli, who suffered minor injuries in the crash, was ticketed for failure to yield and failure to stop at a stop sign. A gofundme Account has been set to help Nicolosi's family.
