Girl Held Down, Bullies Write 'Loser' on Her Head

An Iowa girl said she was held down by two classmates while riding the school bus and abused. They reportedly wrote 'loser' on Raeann Dabney's head. The two girls involved with the incident were reportedly banned from the bus for a day. Dabney's parents aren't happy with the punishment. They plan to file a civil suit against the school.
