An Ohio man was shot and killed after he struck a 4-year-old boy with his car. The boy's father, who initially denied hurting 44-year-old Jamie Urton, is charged with murder. Police said Urton was killed after he got out of his vehicle to check on the injured child. Killings originally told police he was busy checking on his son’s condition and wasn’t aware that someone targeted the man behind the wheel who struck him. A passenger in Urton’s car was also injured by the suspects. Witnesses described seeing someone beating the driver before shooting him multiple times. and leaving the man bloody in the street. In a 911 call, a man who refers to himself as "Daddy" could be heard telling the little boy he “took care” of the man who struck him. “And I took care of dude — I killed him, he dead, he dead,” the voice says. “The dude that hit you by the car, he’s dead, I killed him. I’m serious, he’s dead, the dude that hit you by the car, I killed him, Jamal. He dead, you hear me? I killed him.”Police also are seeking a second suspect, identified as 25-year-old Deonte Baber.
