A Wayne County man has been charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators said Brandon Morris, 23, injured an 11-month-old while he was babysitting on two separate occasions. According to WHEC, deputies said the baby suffered back injuries which caused bleeding and scarring in some areas. Morris is being held in the Monroe County Jail. A stay away order of protection was issued.
