Police Arrest 23-Year Old Man Over the Manchester Attack

Many parents in Manchester, England are still looking for their children after a suicide bomber blew himself up killing at least 22 people.  The attack happened after pop singer Ariana Grande wrapped up a concert.  A hotel is providing shelter for many of the people, including children who were displaced in the chaos. According to posts on social media, at least eight people are still missing and unaccounted for. The attacker himself died in the explosion but police say they've arrested an unnamed 23-year-old in connection with the attack.  CBS News reports ball bearings have been recovered from the scene outside Manchester Arena, a common ingredient in homemade bombs.
