She's baaaack! Rochester Judge Letecia Astacio is supposed to be in court Tuesday morning. Astacio's lawyer told WHEC someone blew into her car's interlock device and it detected alcohol. Under the terms of her conviction, she's not supposed to drink at all. Astacio's lawyer said she is in Thailand until August. If she doesn't show up the judge could issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Astacio was convicted of DWI last year after she was found behind the wheel of her vehicle on the side of I-490 in February 2016.
