A parolee from Dansville is back in jail, accused of stealing a Jeep and crashed it on Rt. 390. According to Livingston County Sheriff's deputies Daniel Flynn, 33, crashed into a median on Route 390. Investigators told 13WHAM Flynn got out of the Jeep, hopped a fence and ran into the woods. Flynn was found by a K9 unit and arrested by deputies. Flynn was charged with DWI, DWAI-drugs and alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operaiton of a motor vehicle 3rd, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and several other vehicle and traffic violations. Flynn is being held without bail due to prior felony convictions.
