A 44-year-old woman has been charged with DWI after a wrong-way crash on 490. According to 13WHAM, investigators said Shannon Gardner collided with a box truck near the Route 31 exit early Saturday morning. Gardner suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not hurt.
