5Linx Co-Founders Accused of Taking $11.2M

Three cofounders of a Rochester marketing firm are accused of fraud and conspiracy.  "The Rochester Business Journal" reports the cofounders of 5LINX were indicted last week for allegedly cheating investors out of more than eleven-million-dollars. Former CEO Craig Jerabeck and former vice presidents Jason Guck and Jeb Tyler are charged with wire fraud and conspiracy. Prosecutors say they funneled millions of dollars out of the company and into personal accounts.  The men were initially charged in March on federal charges.
