Rochester police say a 24-year-old mother is facing charges after she crashed her car with her daughter inside. According to WHEC, police said the woman lost control of her SUV and crashed into two houses on Ferncliffe Drive Thursday night. Officers said the mother is accused of running four stop signs, going the wrong way down a one way street and not having insurance registration. Police said the mother and child were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The mother is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child and fourth degree criminal mischief. Police said she had two active arrest warrants.
