Two thieves were caught on camera stealing lawn decorations from a Rochester family's front yard. WHEC reported dog statues, globes and other lawn trinkets were stolen from the yard of Charlene and Gene Smith. Their home is on Independence Street. Surveillance video shows two thieves pull up in a minivan. The man and woman hop out and take decorations from Smith's front lawn.
