The daughter of Assembly Majority Leader Joseph Morelle has passed away. Lauren Morelle was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. The 31-year-old chronicled her battle with cancer on a Facebook page Lauren vs. Cancer. Lauren is survived by her children, both under 5 years old, and her husband, Nate Stone.
