Sentencing is today for the home daycare operator from Greece who was originally accused of shaking 2-year-old Britney Sheets to death. Renee Bailey's 2001 murder conviction was thrown out on appeal in 2014. She pleaded guilty recently to assault. Bailey has already served 13 years behind bars. Under the plea deal, she will be released on two-and-a-half years' probation.
