Obamacare 2018 Enrollment Now Open

The open enrollment period has begun for New York's Obamacare health insurance exchange -- known as the New York State of Health.The enrollment period continues through January 31st.  Officials say more than four-million people in New York have enrolled in quality, affordable health insurance coverage through the program.  Far fewer Americans may be aware of it because the advertising budget was cut by the Trump administration by 90 percent compared to last year.
