A woman was killed in a crash on Route 250 in Penfield on Wednesday morning. The accident happened around 12:45 a.m. at Route 250 and Whalen Road. Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies said a woman in her 50s was ejected from her car. They found her body 400 feet away from her car in the woods. The woman's name has not been released. Deputies say they do not think drugs or alcohol were factors, but they are still investigating.
