Rochester police continue to look for the driver who struck and killed an English teacher from Wheatland-Chili High School while she was jogging near the University of Rochester campus. Jill Skivington Jackett was struck while crossing Elmwood Avenue before dawn yesterday. Police Lieutenant Frank Umbrino is confidant investigators will track down the black sedan that hit her. Skivington Jackett was a past winner of the Rochester Marathon and coached cross country at Wheatland-Chili.Counselors will be available at the school today for students and staff.
