A three-year-old child is recovering from surgery after an accidental shooting in Wyoming County. Deputies say the boy was hit in the chest and shoulder Saturday by a 45-caliber bullet in the Town of Bennington. The boy was injured after coming into contact with his father's legally registered handgun. Investigators are working to see if they will file criminal charges.
