A Rochester woman is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after a fatal accident Saturday morning on Lyell Avenue. Police say Chermasia Collins, 29, was speeding on Lyell Avenue when she lost control of her car and jumped the curb. Her car hit two men who were standing on the sidewalk and then a utility pole. Police say Jordan Askew,26, of Rochester was pronounced dead at the scene. Alex Kuntz, 21, was seriously injured and taken to Strong Hospital. A third man standing on the sidewalk escaped without injury.
