Firefighters say the ceiling of the Family Dollar on Lyell Avenue, near Mount Read Boulevard, collapsed on Sunday afternoon. The plaster ceiling collapsed onto the drop ceiling. Seven people were in the store when it happened. Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
