They became best friends at The Mia Foundation in Hilton. The Milton Foundation helps dogs with disabilities. Author Todd Civin wrote a book about the sweet duo. He usually writes his books about people with disabilities. The book costs $20 and is available for pre-order.Half of the book's proceeds will go to The Mia Foundation.
