Police say a drunk driver struck and killed a man with his vehicle on Tuesday night on Lake Avenue. Police say it happened around 8:45 p.m. Officers say a 43-year-old man was hit. Investigators say he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver, a 51-year-old man, is charged with driving while intoxicated. He could face additional charges.
