Voters in Rabbit Hash, Kentucky on Tuesday elected a new mayor. And now they're going to have to hire someone to pick up after him. Wilbur Beast, a French bulldog, beat opponents Jack Rabbit, a beagle, and Poppy, a golden retriever, with 13,143 votes -- the most cast in the history of Rabbit Hash, officials say. Wilbur's owner says the new mayor plans to give Jack and Poppy jobs as ambassadors with his administration. Wilbur isn't Rabbit Hash's first mayor to walk on all four and lick himself. The town's residents have been electing canines to the mayor's office since the early 1990s, according to the Rabbit Hash Historical Society.
