Rochester police are investigating after a man was shot and killed outside a vacant home early Wednesday morning. According to officers, they were called to a home on Ketchum Street around 3 a.m. for a reported shooting. Police found a man in his 20s who had been shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene.The man's name is not being released until his family is notified. Anyone with information about the shooting to call 911.
