Police say a man was cut with a box cutter and then struck by a car. Two people, an 18-year-old man and 19-year-old woman, are in custody. Criminal charges are forthcoming. Shortly after 9 p.m. on Monday, RPD responded to the area around Seth Green Drive and Saint Paul Street for the report of a person hit by a car. The victim is 35-years-old. The victim is expected to be okay.
