Mayor Lovely Warren says her husband's arrest is "highly suspicious." Warren held a press conference on Thursday, but did not take questions. Warren is questioning whether politics played a role. Prosecutors say Granison's arrest was one of seven in connection with a months-long wiretap investigation into narcotics in the City of Rochester. They allege Granison was part of a mid-level drug operation.The mayor is running for a third term this year and is on the ballot this Primary Day, seeking the Democratic nomination. Warren is also facing charges in an alleged campaign finance fraud scheme.
