A gunman fatally shot a tourist in Miami who was eating dinner with his family at a restaurant. Tamarius Blair Davis, 22, of Georgia told investigators he shot and killed Dustin Wakefield, 21, because he was high on mushrooms and it made him feel empowered. Witnesses say Wakefield was shot protecting his 1-year-old son. Davis allegedly pointed the gun at the baby and said, "It's time to die." Davis is charged with murder and is being held without bond.
