Residents Fed Up With Monkey Noises, Racial Slurs Being Played by Neighbors

A Black family from Virginia says their neighbor has been playing recordings of racial slurs and monkey noises since they bought their dream home. The Martinez family says they have called police, but officers said the neighbors' actions are "not criminally actionable." The neighbor also has a motion sensor that plays blinking lights when anyone arrives or leaves their home.
